Simplex Health needed a powerful platform to support client operations
Simplex Health offers organizations a comprehensive nutrition and wellness offering, leveraging their team of dietitians, health coaches, care navigators, and other health and wellness professionals to help patients achieve long-term, impactful health results. Prior to Healthie, Simplex was using a handful of tools for each part of back-office operations and patient care. Stitching together multiple platforms was no longer cost-efficient and did not support their long term growth.
In addition to operational inefficiencies, Simplex faced another significant challenge: democratizing access to medical nutrition therapy (MNT). Historically, MNT was reserved for individuals with the right insurance benefits, creating a barrier for many who could benefit from their services. Simplex was determined to remove these cost barriers by becoming in-network with major insurance providers. This shift allowed clients to access either six or ten visits, depending on their insurance, and Simplex built a process to streamline care around these coverage limits.

Healthie now serves as the central hub powering Simplex’s operations and patient engagement. The platform provides integrated chat, telehealth, and other tools essential for delivering immersive, longitudinal care. Healthie's robust features and integrations, including Tellescope CRM, have streamlined complex workflows across multiple states, reducing scheduling challenges and improving referral management.

Simplex has further leveraged Healthie’s Harbor ecosystem, incorporating tools like Superbill and Superdial to enhance billing processes, creating a seamless experience that has transformed their business operations and made it easier to hire and scale.
