Klarity Health set out to build a telehealth marketplace for private practices in a bid to make healthcare more shoppable and accessible for patients. Klarity Health’s marketplace enables private practices to access essential tools such as marketing, an EHR, and care coordination services – without incurring startup costs.
Klarity Health’s CPO, Guorui Su, recognized that they would need a highly flexible, API-first EHR solution to build the ideal patient experience. “We were looking for a strong partner with an API. Healthie’s flexible API allowed Klarity Health to create a customized workflow that enables patients to place a deposit, with refunds available for cancellations made 24 hours in advance. While this functionality sounds straightforward, it required a seamless integration between Klarity’s tech stack, which Healthie delivered. “This has all been achievable with a great API,” shares Guorui Su.
