Leveraging Healthie's configurable forms and templates, Plume automated transactional emails which were being sent in the thousands. Other manual processes, including scheduling and clinical onboarding are now automated, with Plume being able to add their own logic on top of Healthie. Additionally, the extensibility in purchase experience, such as packages, enables Plume to offer members customizable and personalized treatment options.
